We walked in around 9pm without reservations and asked to be seated. They told us there's a wait because all the tables are reserved. fyi, only 1/4 of the restaurant is occupied. Ten minutes later we're are seated and we order. There's a list of different paellas on the menu, but the chef only has two on rotation each night, which they failed to tell us. Whatever, not a big deal, we just want to snack a little
We order the sea urchin toast appetizer and chicken/mushroom paella. Both were SALTY, but that was expected with the sea urchin toast because it had ham. That aside, it has to be the worst paella I've ever had in my life, or at least in the States. This is the first time I've had paella served on a white dish, usually it comes on a pan.
When we left, the tables around remained unoccupied. Now I understand why this place only has 3 stars. Skip it.
