  • Last year my wife fought a bout of cancer having a radical hysterectomy followed with 6 weeks of chemo and radiation. The chemo used was a milder dose and no hair loss resulted. Recently we found out her cancer mestastised into her lungs and femur. While trying to digest this information my wife's doctor developed a new chemo regiment consisting of 3 drugs. About 2 weeks after her first session she started loosing hair. In support of her I buzzed my hair the day she was to get her long hair cut into a Bob. The day after she had her hair cut she lost alot of hair, and the day after that alot more. Not wanting to continue dealing with it falling out she begged me to buzz hers as well I reluctantly agreed. We made an appt and met with Holly. My wife was very apprehensive about getting a wig and just upset about losing her hair. Within a very short time Holly had my wife at complete ease with the whole process. Clearly Holly squashed any uneasy feelings my wife had about wearing a wig cuz I wound up ordering 3 of them! It was just nice to have someone like Holly to help my wife ,a complete stranger to her, with something so personal and important during such a difficult time in our lives. I would highly recommend this place, especially Holly, if your needing similar services. Holly did more than sell us some wigs, which were reasonably priced, she helped my wife regain confidence in dealing with such a difficult situation, and that you can't put a price on.
