  • I will never go here again. My appt was at 6pm and I left there at 11:30 with basic nails. I had Gabby do my nails and she was on FaceTime 90% of the time. I found that rude and she made feel like I wasn't important. She wouldn't do what I asked her to do either. She didn't want to do the design I wanted. She asked me what color I wanted and I told her Pink and Orange and Gabby tells me no and she told me she was going to do yellow. I asked for pearls instead of rhinestones she said no she didn't like it together. The nail tech next to her was really nice and suggested Gabby to mix them and Gabby said no. Gabby didn't do anything I ask for and was very disappointed. I always get very detailed nails done with nail art and junk nails and she refused to do my nails that way. I walked out of there with basic nails and paid wayyyyy too much for nails that I hated. I literally cried on my way home cause I paid $100 for nails that I hated. I was going to my cousin's wedding and I wanted to wow them with my nails. I typically go to another nail tech but she was on vacation and saw they did amazing work on there IG. I wish I had anybody else but Gabby. The only thing she did that I asked and did well was the shape. People who come in my store ask where I got my nails done and I tell them and then I tell them my experience and tell them not to go here. They are just as shocked when I tell them she was on FaceTime and refuse to do the color and design I asked because I'm a customer and I should've got what I requested. I really wanted the nails they display on IG cause they are pretty and that's what I like to get on my nails but I won't go there to get treated like I don't matter and then she had the nerve to ask if I wanted to make another appt why would I? You didn't give me or show me a reason to come back. Like I said I wish I had anybody else because everyone else seem very cool and nice and they all paid attention to there clients expect for her. Smh.
