  • Christy and Matt are the best. Christy took care of appointment setup perfectly. Great communicator. Answered all my questions. and itemized everything i needed to know. Details were perfect. even contacted the realtor to be sure the gas was turned on. I contacted a number of 5-star companies on Yelp. As soon as i talked with Christy, Desert State Home was the clear winner. Matt arrived early, and was incredibly patient with all my questions. I learned a LOT about every detail of my house. He took great photos of everything, missed NOTHING, and sent the detailed report over ASAP. he was professional, knowledgeable, REALLY efficient, smart and a great communicator. He explained everything he did in an intelligent easy to understand way. Learned that Christy & Matt are married, bought the business from Christy's folks who created the great long-time reputation of Desert Home. I just can't say enough good things about these two. Home buying is stressful. but they made this part easy. So grateful that I found them.
