  • One of the nicer café environments around McGill for a chat or to do some work. Coffee was better than the chains, but a bit sour as other commenters note. A friend found their drip coffee quite poor. Prices match other third-wave shops around town (latte for 4.50), but quality gap with e.g. Pikolo makes this grate a bit (especially since things like soy milk cost extra). If you can spare the time, make the detour to Pikolo or Tunnel Espresso Bar. If not, this is a welcome alternative to Starbucks.
