  • I love this cute little baklava shop on Queen West - it's my favourite place to get baklava in TO! It can be a hard place to find for those who haven't been here before but its entrance is sandwiched in between several restaurants and located just inside the entrance of a little market hallway. The nice thing about it is that it's never busy to the point where there are line ups out the door for these amazing treats! There are so many different baklava flavours to choose from! So far, I've tried the pistachio flavour, apricot, chocolate and hazelnut. I keep coming back for the pistachio one (my favourite!) and the chocolate one is delicious as well. The baklavas at this shop always taste so fresh and have just the right amount of honey and other quality ingredients combined. They also make different types of chocolate bark, cookies, truffles and cakes from what I've heard or seen in previous visits but I always head straight for the baklavas so can't really comment on the other sweets. It's so easy to spend money here! I plan on continuing to come back each time I'm in this area!
