rev:text	Very upset with my recent experience here. Let me first start by saying the show room absolutely gorgeous. I was recommended here by a neighbor who had just bought a kitchen table from here. Although it's a 45 minute drive from where we live after looking up photos online we thought it was worth driving down to. We came in wanting to buy an eastern king bed because with a growing family our queen size bed wasn't doing it anymore. We ended up finding a mattress that we liked and decided to go with a bedframe that we saw on their online page. When they came out to assemble everything they did a great job and we're very friendly. A few days after we got the bed, I looked under it to try to find my sons binky that had just dropped and that's when I noticed one of the four supporting legs that holds the center of the bed was off and laying on our floor... I honestly didn't think much about it and thought okay there's three others supporting the center so I'm sure it's fine and took the piece and put it in our garage... well exactly 2 months after we had the bed assembled I dropped my phone behind the bed and I slightly moved it to reach my arm underneath to be able to reach it. When doing so all 3 center supporting legs feel off... so of course being that we spent almost $1300 on this bed not even two months ago I gave them a call to figure out what we could do to fix this... now when calling the wait time was awful and had to get transferred to a manager... well three times in a row every time they would transfer me over the call would hang up... so by then I was so frustrated that the fourth time I called after explaining my story again for the fourth time the lady said she would have our manager just call me back... well never called... finally the next day at 2 o clock I realized I never got a call back and called them pissed at this point because my husband and I picked up our mattress and had to put it on the floor to not cause further damage. When speaking to the manager she assured me that there is nothing on there end that they could do other than send two of their technicians out to TRY to fix it but that we would be slapped with $100 charge for them coming out... well the problem is we could fix it for less than $100 but why should we if we just spent $1300 dollars? For them being such a nice high-end store you think they would have great customer service but in fact they have just the opposite... and the cherry on top of this is the manager over the phone said that our floors caused it to happen and that she sees this happen a lot with anybody that has hardwood floors and recommended we should've gotten a rug. Sounds bizarre right ? Well we ended up having to fix the problem on our own after sleeping with our mattress on the floor for almost 2 weeks with our two small children... we ended up taking extra pavers from our backyard and placed them underneath the bed for support... i'm very upset with the customer service we received and the overall experience. We will never be coming back and are posting this to let others be aware that when you buy furniture from them they will charge you to come out to fix it... even if you just bought it
