  • Suretemp was great for us! They were able to make it out to our house within 4 hours of calling and quickly diagnosed and solved the problem within about 30 minutes of working on it. We had previously had another a/c company quote us $900 in parts and labor to fix our unit. Keith at sure temp found that the issue was merely a shorted wire and was able to fix the problem for less than $100. I would HIGHLY recommend this company
