  • Clothes Mentor claims they want all your clothes size 0-26. False!! I brought in the equivalent of 2 laundry baskets of clothes to sell all size 18-22. I SAT IN THE STORE and waited for over an hour and a half while the girls helped EVERYONE ELSE, and didn't even bother looking at my stuff. I was told that they had no need for size 20 cocktail dresses, meanwhile in my time spent looking around...I noticed NOT ONE THING over a 16/18. I couldn't shop here even if I wanted too. Instead of having one girl focus on dealing with people selling clothes and processing the basket of the person sitting and waiting, she did the stuff for people that dropped off and left.!! Im very frustrated, and still sitting here out of spite, and now going on an hour and a half... And my stuff is still being ignored. I feel that they falsely advertise what they want, and how they work. I'll never set foot in one of these places again.
