  • this is a review of the shuttle service to the airport that happened on 12/28. Called guest services at the number given on the card at 9:17pm. Was told by the guest services person "be there in 20 minutes" and told me to stand in center platform by door #1. This I did. Called again at 9:35. Answer was "You must have missed him." Called again at 9:45. "He's on his way." Shows up around 10. Waited 51 minutes for the shuttle. I was not the only one.
