  • Horribly ran company. Unacceptable customer service. They really wasted my time. I drove am hour and a half to use a coupon that they no longer honored and I paid $30 for. Spoke to the owner? Or possibly manager on the phone and she had very little sympathy and was unable to help me out AT ALL. While I was standing there they were unable to do payouts for the other people coming to pick up their trade-ins. Glad I drove across town to have a miserable and embarrassing experience. Thanks a lot Plato's Closet!
