  • Don't go here. 3 1/2 months to get an appointment. Then i go there Dr Reyes sees me for like 5 minutes and says i have to go elsewhere. He fills out some papers for me to take to next office. I go as I'm off. He sent me over with the wrong paperwork. I call the office girls and they are no help. The new dr calls the office. They tell them less than 1 hour it'll be faxed. One hour???? 3 hours later I'm still waiting for a 1 page fax. I call back and the office personnel gives ME attitude. I'm calling cause your Doctor screwed up. And then you forgot about me while I'm sitting at the hospital waiting and waiting. Go anywhere else, i promise you'll regret going to this office and dr. Update. I go to pickup my inserts today. Completely the wrong ones. I asked what happened. The VA tells me that Dr Reyes put in the wrong prescription! That i have to call him again to get it redone and start over!! Omg, incompetence at its finest. Worst part is when i call and speak to Dr Reyes, he seems put out by having to follow thru once again?! And goes on to tell me he doesn't wanna work with the VA and us Veterans again. Are you serious? You screwed up two times, causing wasted tax payer dollars on stuff made that was completely wrong. And his response, i don't wanna deal with Veterans and the VA. But lives in America, and makes his Dr money in America where men n women much greater than him provided him the freedom n protection for him to live his life. Ungrateful to say the least. Just amazed. Go elsewhere than this entitled group of doctors.
