  • Worst service EVER.. Tells me fixing 3 pairs of pants would take a week, they weren't ready.. I call another week later and I get attitude, they said "I told you I will call you when its ready!" (which they never said, they just told me initially ready in a week).. THREE more weeks pass, no call at all, I call back and they said "its been ready for awhile".. I ask "then why didnt you call???" They said "oh we never call.. you just have to come in".. Considering I spent almost $350 to hem 2 suits and fix 3 pairs of pants, you would think they would treat their customers a bit better.. when I went in to pick up the pants and complained about the service the girl just said "oh I see.. do you need a bag?" Not even an apology, nothing.. They clearly don't care once they have your money.. and boy do they charge ALOT
