rev:text	I decided to try Pucci's Salon on a whim as I had read many decent reviews. Sadly though, my experience was not at all positive and I left knowing that I would never return. I have lived in Scottsdale for several years now and have been to so many beautiful and professional salons, which is why I was so disappointed in this place. It is in a great location, but don't let that deceive you. I walked in and was barely greeted by the man behind the front desk. It was so chaotic and they made no effort to offer me a water or coffee (even though they have a beverage bar) and they seemed to have a lot of trouble getting clients checked in & out. So I patiently waited & waited. Once I was greeted by my stylist, I entered the main room. Watch out....This place is a mess!!! The main room is so cluttered, the hair stations are dilapidated, and it was just not well kept. There were dirty towels & hair all over the floor, the chairs in the washing area had cushions falling apart & torn, and the stations were so close together that you can literally hear every word (I mean every word!) the client next to you is saying. It seems to be a place with an older clientele and the stylists were definitely not up on current trends at all. The honest truth is that the haircuts I saw leaving the salon were not good at all. Sad really, because I think they actually thought they got a quality haircut for $70. Please skip this place & try a clean & professional salon for the same price. If you want a "salon" experience with professional stylists & a up to date facility, go somewhere else....trust me!
