  • I honestly don't know how to rate this place. There are some great prices and interesting finds here. If you need any type of Asian sauce, it doesn't matter how obscure, they likely have it. And ramen for days at a significant discount from standard grocery stores. The selection rivals some of the smaller stores in San Francisco. And you cannot beat the selection and prices of produce aimed at Asian cooking. They have plenty of Korean, Japanese and Thai products as well as a strangely out of place aisle of products from the United States. But it is dirty. Really dirty. Questionably within health codes dirty. And the tanks that hold seafood are in dire need of cleaning. With that said, I love shopping here for anything canned or in a bottle, but fresh food I pass on, even though there is likely very little difference in actual cleanliness. But first impression is everything and this place does not present a healthy clean one. Authentic? Definitely! Dirty, yes. Shop here? Depends on your level of comfort but you cannot beat the selection and the folks who work there are always friendly. Worth a look any day.
