  • NOT SO FABULOUS. This is a review of the last 6 months of experiences at Freddy's - it isn't a single bad experience. In summary, they are ok - nothing more. The attitude is great and they will fix or redo all the things the got wrong, but they always get something wrong. Always. Twice in the last month I've had them do the leather seats and twice they've forgotten to do it. Yesterday I gave the vacuum staff a few extra dollars to try and get the dog hair from the carpets. It didn't look like they did anything other than the usual quick clean up, and they didn't touch the rear cargo area (Suburban.) The same crumbs that were there when I arrived were there when I left. In summary, it's an ok place - the attitude is can do - but the performance falls short of the promises.
