| - Requested a resale certificate from CondoCerts. Had to do it twice online because the first time did not work. Received the certificate in a decent time frame. CondoCerts sent fifteen (15) individual PDF docs without the ability to forward them on to another email. With current technology, I expected one link, zip file, or Dropbox link. Downloading fifteen (15) individual documents and renaming them to their proper title is time consuming and unnecessary. Additionally, for the amount of money they charge this should all be provided in a pretty little package.
I called into CondoCerts customer service to see if I was missing something on their site. Instead of a simple, "No, I am sorry. Our site is not able to do that at this time but we are working on some changes in the coming months." My customer service agent, Ms. Kali Hiatt, proceeded to talk over the top of me repeatedly. So much so, I had to raise my voice and ask her if she could hear me? I proceeded to say to her, "I can tell you are frustrated with me, which should not be happening, because I am just trying to tell you some of the downfalls of your website. For which, I would hope, you would relay back to your managers." I could go on further because the rest of the call was just NOT GOOD ... but I think you get the drift based on the other poor reviews.
I have not had such poor customer service from a company in a very long time. Had Kali just taken the time to listen to me and then said, "I understand your frustrations and appreciate your feedback. I will forward your suggestions on to my manager." Most likely, I would not be writing this review. Additionally, the fact that I have to write this on Yelp and not on CondoCerts website says volumes. As they do not have an option on their website to give feedback.
In the end, I hope I never have to deal or work with CondoCerts ever again. I have had better service from my old cable company, Comcast. Who is notorious for poor customer service. Hence, I am no longer a customer.
