  • I went here to renew my mmj card. The portal was down they day of my appointment. It would have been nice if they had let me know and rescheduled my appointment so I wouldn't have had to make another trip across town to come back to their office just to sign paperwork. Then they did a terrible job explaining the process to me. I came back once the portal was back up to sign my paperwork and I was told all I had to do was go online and pay the state fee and my new card would be mailed to me. Nobody mentioned to me that I had to submit an application as well on the state website( I actually would of thought the office would do that for me). So all this time I've been waiting for my card in the mail but my application wasn't never submitted. It's been over a month since my appointment and now my card is expired, my application is STILL in process and I have no access to my medicine. I'd like to also mention that my appointment was for 12 pm and I didn't get back to see the dr till 12:30. They just seemed to be very disorganized. I will definitely be renewing my card elsewhere next year.
