  • Not super happy. I have long toyed with ordering Duluth stuff. I've gotten some different Duluth clothing as gifts and think it's great, although it all runs pretty large. I joined the mailing list and watched sales etc. Recently I ordered two items  (a shirt and fire hose pants). Even though the website said the shirt was in stock, after the order was placed, I received an email saying they didn't have it. Then I see that the pants, ordered on 4-12-16, will arrive from Wisconsin to Washington in 8 days via UPS. That doesn't make me too happy. I've gotten things from the East Coast faster than that and would've expected a shipping time half that long. These issues will have to negatively influence my consideration of Duluth stuff in the future. Emailed "customer service" and got a load of "too bad for you" from them, telling me shipping could take 7-10 days when their own ordering system states 5-7 days. Save your money and buy Carharrt or something else, maybe Filson (whose customer service is beyond reproach). Not so much unhappy that it takes so long but when customer service department's stock reply is for me to suck it up and take it and like it I'll just unsubscribe from their mailing list, stop going to their website, and forget this company.
