I would rather have to pay higher prices to get better service. My experience wasn't terrible but it wasn't what I expected either. Customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Be sure to understand the return policy before you buy. They won't accept returns on some items, but you don't find this out until you examine your receipt AFTER your purchase. The return policy is not posted at register, unless they took my advice. Not flexible or reasonable. I'm just glad a Leslie's opened up at the old Sun Devil Shop by Walmart.
