  • I'm compelled to write this review for the above & beyond HONEST treatment we received from Frank Luciano. I was helping my family car shop which is a dreaded process for me but luckily I knew Frank from a previous car deal he scored for me when he was at a different dealership and we kept in touch. Frank was always upfront with us and didn't play the typical sales game we all know and hate. When my in-laws came to me to help negotiate a car deal, I immediately contacted Frank and he made sure to be there for us to answer any questions, gave us the best numbers and treated us like family. It's rare to find a caring and thoughtful representative like Frank. He made sure we felt comfortable, explained everything thoroughly to us and even leveled with us when it wasn't in his best interest. If you are in the market for a Ford, see Frank Luciano...you will be happy you did.
