Not too long ago my Dyson started making this horrific noise. Something broke. I normally repair anything that breaks, but this repair was a bit too much (I couldn't get it apart without making things worse), so I hopped on Yelp and found a 5 star rated repair shop. Right off the bat they knew what was broken simply from my description of the sound and when it was happening. It's a common failure for a Dyson so I would expect this from a repair shop. What I didn't expect was the questions about how long have I had it and what repairs had been done already. These questions were intended to make sure I knew what I was getting, and that I wouldn't be throwing good money after bad. That is what impressed me - this shop didn't try to simply make a sale because they *could do what was best for the customer* with a less expensive repair. I was told it might take a few days, but it was ready to be picked up in a few hours. It's been a very long time since I've seen any kind of repair shop treat a customer like these guys treated me. I hope I won't need their services again, but I will be back when my Dyson finally dies - and I will recommend this shop to anyone who may be in need of their services.
