  • Customer Service - not sure the staff at Lami know what that means. Second time I go in for a SNS MANI and a regular pedi and they tell me they can't do it. Apparently they only have one lady who does the SNS which is ridiculous! How many customers do you think they lose daily because of that? Clearly, they need to learn how to run a better business. Learn how to serve your clients who keep your business up and running.
