rev:text	Definitely do not recommend. They came to our house for a routine check and said everything was fine. Less than one week later our entire system went out and they told us we needed to replace it. They came out to replace it the following day which was helpful but they replaced it incorrectly and we didn't find out that that was the case until our roof started leaking. The pan was installed incorrectly and the entire unit was installed incorrectly so it was still hot. They came out and assessed the damage and repaired the unit but we paid full price for the unit and the original inspection. It took over 2 months to have the repairs made and they didn't even fix it completely. It took over 6 home visits combined with no follow up. I had to reach out to Morehart every time. Then they assigned me a "follow up" guy. Who was supposed to ensure everything was done. After the last visit from the sheet rock company, he never even phoned despite my repeated requests for follow up. They never reached out to make sure everything was fixed. We had damage in our bathroom, hallway and landing. They said it would be painted and when the company came out, they were definitely not on the same page. A lot of run around and were playing he said she said. At no point did they assess full damage. As we noticed it, they came out. It was not significant damage, all could have easily been done by us but the premise is that they caused it and did not leave it how they found it prior to installing the damage. We had just gotten done painting that area and are in the process of a remode. Their Sheet rock company were definitely up to standard as well. We had to re do and sand and paint everything ourselves. Not only that, they said we would have more efficient unit and our electric bill has gone up. We now have to find a new company and pay for all of this again to make sure everything is up to par. Nice people that appear helpful, but are not when it comes down to it. Here we are in September, happened in June and it is still not complete. Do NOT recommend.
