  • Worst customer service and pizza is not at par with other local joints. We decided to give FBI another try, despite the pizza, but it turned out to the be the worst customer service experience. Our pizza was extremely late and instead of being apologetic the manager was very argumentative and very rude. This place is always late with their orders, their pizza tastes ok and their service is HORRIBLE.
