rev:text	I have used Computer Solutions numerous times and each time it seems it is an emergency situation where I need help immediately. I have found them to be very responsive and able to within a reasonable amount of time get us up and running once again. Since we use our computers to teach classes at the college as well as writing our own books and publications, time is definitely a factor. Thanks for being so prompt and responding with solutions.
