Visited this place for the first time yesterday for a birthday party. It is a fun and colorful place to bring your kids and tire them out, LOL. They keep the door into the back closed and one of the employees needs to scan their badge in order for you to get in, which I felt made things really safe. You have to sign a waiver before your kids are allowed to play and you should bring your own socks (kids and parents). Parents, you can't wear your shoes either. If you don't bring your own socks, they can sell you some for $1.
My daughter is 18 months old and loved it. She got to play in the "3 years old and under" section, as well as run around with some of the big kids. There are cushioned puzzle piece mats with fun shaped pillows and things to throw around. There are lots of things for kids aged 4+ to do. Tons of playground equipment to climb on, a jumper, and even a little circular track with small bikes for the kids to ride on.
The two young ladies that were working the front desk were very friendly, and everything was clean on a busy Saturday evening. I took my daughter into the bathroom to change her diaper once and I was pleasantly surprised that the toilets and sinks weren't a mess given all of the kids running in and out. Someone is taking good care of the place. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and I'll be bringing my daughter back for future visits.
