| - Thought I would give this place another try. It is terrible how the remodel of a few years ago turned what was a nice SB into a cafeteria assembly line with hardly any room to turn around and just a couple of tables now where they used to have swivel seats at a full coffee bar. Guess they think it is more important that the baristas be comfy, rather than the paying customers. Today I ordered a cappuccino and asked the pierced, tatted, manager with two tone hair why the large $4.15 cup is only half filled with coffee, the rest is froth on top. He said they make them italian style now??? Years back, they gave you a cup that was more than two thirds coffee....but hey it doesn't matter anyway the flavor was not that great, very bitter. I thought if you were actually making it "italian style" you wouldn't be serving it up in a cardboard cup. They also like to ask for first names, then when drink is ready they call out the type of drink and not the name.....this is the same place that put my bagel in their conveyor toaster and toasted the outside of the bagel, so that it was nice and hard while the inside of the bagel was good and mushy. Today, one of them was twirling a wet, dirty, bar mop in her hand and yelling in glee to the other baristas that she was a cheer leader or something Never see them use clean wipe towels and disinfectant spray, this SB is the pitts, teeny boppers like to sit outside when its warm, but the inside service, product and decor are the pitts.
