  • Awful experience at this salon. Wanted blonde balayage and got a brassy brown. I even brought in a picture of exactly what I wanted and they assured me it could be done. It wasn't even balayage, she did highlights!!! What a waste of money! Even paid an extra $40 for Olaplex which was supposed to allow them to lighten the hair without damage. I'm so mad I wasted $300.
