Salesman make racists comments and service department forgets to put cap back on after an oil change. DO NOT BUY HERE!
Not only did I have a horrible experience with a salesman on a test drive a month ago, he decided a test drive was a good place to make racially insensitive comments, and nothing was done after I made calls to two executives at Bell Honda; on Tuesday I went in for an oil change for the car I purchased a year ago and today popped the hood because there was an oil puddle under my car to find they had failed to put the oil cap back on. I have been driving without oil for two days. I called the service department and they told me I would have to pay for my own rental while they were reviewing the damage done to my car.
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
