  • Here on opening day. This is a special place, Santa Maria style bbq is easily found along the Pacific coast in California but is very rare here in AZ. Different wood, simple rubs and of course tri-tip are what set this apart from regular bbq fare. Tri-tip sandwich was very good. Decent tenderness and perfect bread for this sandwich. See picture.
