  • First time visit for primary care. It took a month to get the appointment. I was asked to show up 20 minutes early. I did. Still in the waiting room....my appointment time was 30 minutes ago. I scheduled early in the morning to avoid hassle. Not impressed. I would leave but I already waited a month to be seen. If a patient misses an appointment or shows up late there is a fee. What happens when my day is shot because they don't respect my time? Hmmm
