  • I have about a 50% success rate with this location. Some times they are courteous, sometimes they are downright awful. And the times they are bad? THEY ARE BAD. The other day I was in a hurry to get to a movie, but stopped by this location to get a simple air freshener. I walked in and there were 2 people, waiting at the counter. The first guy was being helped by the counter person, looking up a part which took forever. In the mean time there is a guy at another register, so I walk up to him. He says he cant help me, so I go back in line and wait. And wait. And wait. The first guy leaves, the second steps up and they also take forever. Normally I wouldn't mind since I know it can take some time to look up parts. But this was going on 10 minutes already, and I had places to go, and the other guy just wouldn't take the 1 minute out of his day to ring up an air freshener for me. I FINALLY get my chance to pay for my item, and the counter guy picks up the phone and starts talking to a customer! I was in the store for almost 15 minutes, standing in line to buy an air freshener. What a joke! Oh, and the female manager that works there is also a joke. I stopped in one night and asked if they were looking for part time help. They were. "Great!" I thought. I dropped off my resume and waited. 2 days go by. Nothing. I call and leave her a message. No call back. 2 more days go by. Nothing. I call again, this time I talk to her. She apologized about being busy, said she would look over my resume and call me back. No call back. 2 more days go by. I call again. She's on vacation. Way to go, lady! How very professional of you!
