Hear me everyone who chooses to read this review. In this day and time it's very hard unfortunately to experience good customer service. Well I have had good fortune to run into Shantice at the Fabulous Freddy's on Durango. Now I have been to two other locations and one specifically should send their employees over there to get training from her. As always i never slam a business in public. I don't feel that's why these sites are set up. However, there are times when someone goes above and beyond to do something for the customer. I had a problem with my Freddy's reward card and Shantice worked it out. took her two days but she assured me that she would take care of it. Then when I told her thank you her response was that I was just doing my job. Well Shantice I appreciated it! Because if it wasn't for you Fabulous Freddy would have lost a customer. Instead I will always buy my gas and have my car washed at that particular location. All because of you. I will not mention by name the other location. But that management needs to send all his people over on Durango to get training with you. Shantice, your'e Fabulous!
