  • I never leave reviews. That should tell you something right there. I work in sales and my experience with this company helped remind me of what not to do. Donna came for measurements and consultation. From the beginning it came off like she wasn't really interested in my ideas or my business. She spent very little time asking any questions or providing feedback on what I wanted. This is my first time owning a home. Honestly, blinds and drapes are the least of my concern, but I wanted to get it done and done right. I make decent money so if I see value in something, I'll pull the trigger. No quote. No estimate. No packaged plan was ever sent to me. There was no follow up from them. I had already finished work with Budget Blinds in Mesa by the time I decided to reach out to this company and let them know I was still waiting for their quote. The delayed response was, "We sent you a quote." No apologies. No verification. There was no quote. Business must be really good for them that they can just ignore potential clients so readily. I work for a large mortgage company based in Scottsdale with lots of home owners. I will make sure to detour every person I know from using this company.
