It makes me really happy to have a ramen place near where I live! And a pretty good one that is. There is plenty of parking outside which is a plus. The place itself is a bit small but clean.
But lets get to the food: I got a tonkotsu ramen with black garlic oil and a soft boiled egg. Noodles were nice and chewy, the broth was flavorful and at the right temperature, soft boiled egg was cooked perfectly and even though you cannot see it on the picture there is chasu pork. The pork is well cooked: soft and not dry. But I definitely wish there was more of it.
We also got the takoyaki that was cooked nicely and had a good amount of octopus.
They have many different types of ramen and I cannot wait to go back and try the other ones!
