  • Let me first say I've read a lot of reviews about the service. I've never gone to Rock Lobster for the teppanyaki so I cannot speak to that experience. However, the few times I have been there for lunch and dinner we were greeted by several people when we came in, our drinks were refilled regularly, the waiters asked if we had any questions about the menu, and they were happy to provide recommendations when we asked. I have never had a problem with the service. In fact, I've experienced a friendly, inviting environment. On an unrelated note, I recently discovered Rock Lobster's bento box lunches and I'm thrilled. They are affordable, fresh, and the perfect amount of food. So now this is also a favorite place to grab lunch. And I didn't mention this in my last review but I really like the unisex bathroom set-up. More places need to incorporate that into their design.
