I went in today because my phone was broken, I dropped my phone and broke the screen. Needless to say, I was already upset when I came in. I checked in with the girl at the front and she said it was about a 30 minute wait. Ok, they had a lot of people in the store.
So I walked around looking at the phones and stuff and people watched. The sales people were all busy and running back and forth. I realized 2 of them were just putting the info from people's phones over to other ones! What! Come on! People, you have phones that you can back up YOURSELF! Why wouldn't you do that before going in? I know I do regularly, kinda the point of a smart phone! You made me wait longer because you were too lazy to back your phone up yourself!
Anyway, I was helped after 30 min by Humberto. He said since my phone was broken I could go through insurance or since I could upgrade I could do that. I went for the upgrade. Got myself a new iPhone and since I was smart enough to back my phone up regularly I could get my new phone restored with my backup. Whole process took 15.
Smooth transaction and now I realize why your waits so long! Lazy customers that just want to blame you for their wait!
