  • Wowers! This place is an oasis from that awful buffet line across the way. Escaping into Payards 'just to browse' turned into an amazing snack. There was a seasonal pumpkin-chestnut tart with an almond layer somewhere in it as well that I could not resist. It was dessert heaven. I can not wait to be back... In fact, my next trip over to Caesars I'll skip the buffet, and head straight for Payards.
