  • DON'T waste your time if you are looking for a professional barbershop! Went to the barber around 1 with no appointment (although there's a sign inside that says walk-ups welcome) and sat down. After waiting 30 minutes for the first gent to be done, the barber tells me he has someone ahead of me. Keep in mind I'm ready to take the first barber available. I asked the female barber after HER customer was done could I be next and she said she had one person in front of me. I waited a total of one hour and 15 minutes playing on my phone. After the person she was done cutting left the chair, before I could even get up to see if I was next, she starts shaking some other guys hand and joking around with him and he jumps in the chair! Seriously?! If this place says WALK-INS WELCOME & everyone is there clearly by appointment, take the got damn sign down! Totally unprofessional to leave someone waiting customer after customer and never once asking if I needed help or letting me know I was for sure next! Total waste of time and definitely never coming back. From Google I found Gerardo's barbershop on Spring Mountain and had a way better experience as a walk in.
