  • Wow. I love A&E!!! Eric and his whole team are awesome. And talk about work ethic. This owner has it!!! His office is in Mesa. A few months back he was training a new person to get new business and going to door to door in the neighborhood where I was. I was in Ahwatukee visiting a friend and met him. He was super nice, the approach was not pushy and he was respectful when talking to us. Now tell me how pounding the pavement to get new business isn't owning it and setting an example to make it happen? To me that is what being an entrepreneur is about and not only that how to make long lasting relationships. I talked to Eric later and he took care of me like he said he would. A man of his word. His team comes to your house or your work. So you don't have to worry about anything and it is done. He uses great glass and not the cheap stuff that other corporations use. He also gives a better deal than the big guys do. I'm pleased to give 5 stars and would give more if I could. Driving a car safely is key and putting my friends and families mind at peace with a safe vehicle is worth every bit to support Eric and his team. I highly recommend A&E to everyone around the Valley that needs their windshield replaced. Thanks Eric!!!!!
