  • We took a vacation to Las Vegas and visited Red Rock Casino. During our stay my husband purchased a small gift at Rocks the Jewelers which is a jewelry store in the hotel. He gave this gift to me after we flew home and I just loved the earrings. The first time I wore them, they broke so my husband called the store and they replaced them. I went to put on the second pair and they broke right away too. So my husband called the store and asked them to give us a refund. They refused and would only give us a store credit. We are not planning on going to Las Vegas in the next year or two so he asked for them to reconsider. They said no. We called the hotel and left a message for a manager to call us back to see if there was anything they could do. The call was never returned. Bottom line - do not purchase anything at this place, if you are not going to visit often, because they do not stand behind the merchandise.
