  • Never coming back. I called ahead in the afternoon for an appointment to have my nails filled and a color change on my toes. The lady on the phone said come in at 5:30. No one started working on my nails until 6:17. I have never ever waited that long nor will I ever again. I am going away this weekend and desperately needed my nails done. The man doing my nails skipped several filing steps to make up for time, as there were more clients waiting. He had my nails done by 6:45. Record timing. I sat down at a pedicure spa and told myself I am not waiting more than five minutes for someone to start. Sure enough, 5 minutes passed and I got up and left. They said someone would work on my toes but I refuse. Paid. And will not be returning.
