  • Ordered pizza and wings for delivery tonight and was really disappointed. It is Friday and I expected it to take some time. We ordered on line and they said it would take 55 min. The delivery order to 85 min to arrive and when it did the pizza and wings were cold. I called the store and spoke to the manager who did promptly refund the price of the delivery. The thing is that this was my second time trying then out--last time was about a year ago, and I had the EXACT same experience! I appreciated the refund, but will never try Streets of New York again.
