Barbecue
Means different things to different folks. Ordered a brisket sandwich with fries and kale slaw - $32. Plenty of brisket. Crusty edges, no. Smoke ring, no. Smoky smell, no. Juicy and fatty, yes. Not sure how it was originally cooked, but it wasn't smoked. They removed it from a steamer, sliced and diced and gave it to me - 20 minutes after ordering it to go.
The sandwich and fries were good, the slaw had a cup too much salt in it. Not worth $32, even at Vegas, baby prices and barbecue it was not.
