  • I started this Yelp account just so I could write a review about this place in particular. Very poor communication. When we found one flea on our indoor cat we had them spray the house. Immediately after spraying we noticed that the issue went from one flea to more. When I contacted them to let them know the service was ineffective I got a rude condescending woman named "Suzanne" who argued with me about what occurred between my wife and the representative from Hall's when discussing the service--a call that she was not even on. Suzanne had Jim, the general manager I believe, call me back and tell me that the reason the service was ineffective was because we didn't have the follow up services done. I explained to him we were not told that was necessary in order to rid the problem and to be honest I wasn't crazy about spraying poison around my house if it didn't work the first time. Long story short, Jim and Suzanne were more concerned about placing the blame on anyone but themselves than they were about solving the issue. At one point I had to tell Jim to lower his voice because he was starting to raise it at me. Avoid this service and go with Terminex. Lesson learned.
