Five stars for the pineapple bun (buo luo bao) alone. This is one of the best pineapple buns I've ever eaten anywhere, and trust me I've eaten a lot of these in my lifetime. It was the perfect blend of dense bread and slightly sweet crust at the top. I only bought two when I was here, but I wish I bought some to bring back to California.
Their cinnamon bun loaf was not bad either. The bread was really dense and there was a nice amount of icing and cinnamon streaks in the bread.
They did not carry sun biscuit (tai yang bing) or wife biscuit (lao po bing) which I was hoping for, but oh well.
Also this place is not conducive for staying at all. There were random tables and chairs haphazardly on the floor, and some chairs were upside down (i.e. not for use). You definitely need to just grab and go here.
