Horrible service! We called at 11am to make an appointment at 1 for a men's haircut. The person who answered the phone let us know that their was a color appointment at 1, but the could also do a men's haircut. I dropped my husband off and went to run a couple errands. I get back at 1:20 and they still hadn't seen him! They actually sat a walk-in, who didn't have an appointment because when he walked in he requested a specific stylist. I don't think it should matter if you know the stylist if the person before you has an appointment and you don't. We decided to leave and the stylist at the register keep telling us "Have a nice day!" "Have a nice day!", acting like we were in the wrong for being upset when we had booked the appointment and then were skipped over for a walk-in. I get that it is a Supercuts, but horrible customer service. We will never go there again and I suggest that no one else does either.
