| - This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! I orderd on line to pick up at store. Included was a "Free" cable to contect the printer to the computer. However, it said the cable had to be mailed and I would get it 10 days or so after I could pick up the printer. That didn't do me any good. I explained to the store assistant manager? that I needed it now, not 10 days and they had the exact same one in stock. She informed me, they are not the same, So they wanted me to pay an extra $20. for the cable that was "FREE". I never took the printer out of the store and asked for a refund. I got a better printer and I was willing to pay a bit more, I think I ended up with the better deal. However,
I have to jumped through a bunch of hoops to get the $5.00 back on the warranty I purchased. We have to go by what the computer tells us. So no actual thinking here, to see if they can have a customer be satisfied. If the compter tells them what to do, it's not their fault they have an angry customer, it's all the computers fault? Really poor customer service, you would think if you are a Walmart customer online, then you are still a Walmart customer at they store, but they work independently???
