I'm waiting here after my boyfriend and I sign in at the podium. A lady signs in after us and says hi to the "doctor," as the last patient leaves. The "doctor" (a nurse practioner) then calls her in immediatly and leaves us here waiting. I normally wouldn't complain but I can clearly hear them chit chatting about personal matters while we've been here waiting for 10+ minutes before the other lady even showed up to sign in. If you have the audacity to let your friend cut in line, at least keep it professional and talk about chipindales on your own time. We decided to get our tests done elsewhere, very disappointed. I would avoid this clinic unless you are best friends with Cheryl Darby, otherwise you'll be treated like your time doesn't matter.
